Help using C code for C28x DSP and eCAN communication

Hi all,
i need help to generate C code for transmision and reception using CAN bus and 2 C28x DSP. Infact, i'm using CCS software and RS232 cable to connect this DSPs.
please tell me how could i transmit CAN message ?
