which type of decople capacitor is suitable?

The Vout is 24V.
I should use which type?
Can ceramic ,Y/X/E CAP acts as a decople capacitor?

What are you using the decouple r for? If its a switch or push button for 24 volts use a 50 volt 10uF or biger electrolytic cap .
 

100uF electrolytic for low frequencies, 330nF film capacitor for medium freqiencies, 0.1uF ceramic for high frequencies and 2000pf ceramic for very high frequencies.

Voltage does not define the decoupling capacitor. It depends on the area where you use it. If this is a power to some ckt use 0.1uF ceramic near the IC to be used and a 10uF electrolytic at the input point.
Depending on your switching frequency select the type. Refer the above post too.

Google "A bypass-capacitor dialogue peels back the layers". You'll find a multi-part series of articles on this surprisingly complex topic.
 

For supply bypass capacitors (decoupling capacitors), I use 10uf to 1000uF for audio circuits, a 0.1uf ceramic capacitor for digital logic and medium high radio frequency circuits and 47pF to 2000pf ceramic capacitors for VHF radio circuits.
