Hi.
can XC9572 interfect Power MOSFET ???
how i can doing
thank.

In theory this would be possible however you did not mention if it is a P or N channel Mosfet?

I would think that it is best to drive your power MOSFET with a driver from linear technology (linear.com) or from international rectifier (ir.com).

The heavy capacitance present on the gate may slow down things badly.
As you did not mention which power or at which speed you wish to operate, it is rather difficult to answer correctly your question.

Cheers

now i'm using XC9572 generate PWM for drive motor by Hibridge Power MOSFET but i'm not sure it interface directly
thanks.
Best regards,

In a brifge, if the Power supply exeed 12 volts, you definotely need an interface between the CPLD and the FETs.

These drivers from linear would definitely be an advantage as they are not expensive and are 'design to do the job'..

What current and voltage does your bridge should handle?

Cheers
