You are right TDA7330B is RDS demodulator + filter,
but I'm not sure if TDA7330A is the same as TDA7330B.
I con not find informations about the IC with end A.
do you think this is the same?
they should be close but not exactly the same, I doubt there would be much difference like pin swap or voltage levels, like when you see MAX232 they have similar differences post fixes but are relatively identical to each other.
