Hi friends, I am looking for the slowest EPLD on the planet,
my application is a slow one, so I don't need lightning speed
from pin to pin the slower the BETTER!!! Strange isnt?

What do you realy mean?
Every EPLD / CPLD or FPGA is as slow as you are clocking it.
If you mean you want to introduce a delay, then using the tPD is not a good idea.

There is an app note from MICROCHIP on how to use a PIC as a SLOW
EPLD .. Check it out .. That's what you need .!
