im sorry but....
could you be more specific

im a beginner

Take a notepad save it as name.s2p (Not as name.s2p.doc)
You can type comments with an !
If you have S parameters of a device enter them as given below
Format of file is expressed as
# GHZ S MA R 50

means Frequency in GHz then S parameters in the order Magnitude Angle and R 50 means 50 ohm system. For example (from MGA 685T6)
!MGA-685T6
!s-parameters at Vds=3V, Ids=5mA. Last updated 04/06/07 AR

# GHZ S MA R 50

0.1 0.528 -15.3 6.894 170.8 0.071 10.2 0.443 -14.8
0.5 0.517 -41.4 6.495 152.8 0.076 6.7 0.397 -33.3
0.9 0.531 -68.8 5.877 134.7 0.082 6.5 0.362 -52.9

I think the sequence is
Freq S11Mag s11angle S21M S21A S12M S12A S22M S22A and Noise figure If available

Anybody please confirm this.

Yes.
I confirm that the file should contain the text given by madengr.
Based on the frequency and nimber of samples you can add the lines.
Per example to add 1GHz sample you can add the line 1 0 0 1 0 1 0 0 0

*.s2p file is for 2-port data. There are *.s1p, *.s3p and *.s4p ... for different port number cases.

I suggest to open any existing *.s2p file and read the head of this file and you can easily find the definition of each column. Then you can study to write a s2p file by yourself
