Problem with IR2110 while turn off time of IGBT plz help me

Hai,
I designed IGBT triggering circuit as follows

Boost strap cap:220 uf electrostatic
boost diode: UN4007
frequency 50hz that means 10ms on period and 10 ms off period.
I use only HO pulse for triggering IGBT. Supply voltage 30 v DC.
Vcc=12v,vdd=12v. load 120Ω ,10 watt resistor.
There is no problem during turn on period, IGBT is turn on for 10ms but while turn off time i got problem as follows

IGBT is off for only 25 usec and it again on and it is in on condition for 250 u sec and it is agin off for 25 u sec and on for 250 usec this condition is repeats.

any plz help me to rectify this problem.

This behaviour can't be understood from the schematic, I think. I expect that you already checked the logic levels.

I also don't understand the load configuration. As one point, the high side driver supply can only worked with Vs switched to ground repeatedly. I can't see, if this is the case. It's also required, that there's no larger voltage difference between COM and VSS. Are both grounds connected?

How I can avoid gate ringing when IGBT is turned off plz help me.

when turn on time it works perfectly but while turn off time IGBT is again and again turn on repeatedly. In turn off time of IGBT : IGBT turn off only for 25 us and turn on again for 250 us and it repeats. my schematic is shown below PLZ help me.

You should clarify, if the problem is caused by false triggers of IR2110 input or if it arises in the gate circuit. My general doubt is regarding inappropriate wiring of the circuit. If you are using an IGBT (the schematic shows a MOSFET, actually) with high input capacitance, the gate resistors may be too high. Can you specify the type? Anyway, you should visualize HIN and Vgs (using a differential probe) to understand the problem.
 

turn on time for igbt

I am using CT60AM-18B IGBT. I got the problem during turn off time only.

turn off only for 25 u sec and it again turn on and remain turn on for 250 u sec and it is repeating...

plz help me
