Is there anybody has a tested circuit using op amp LM741 for guitar overdrive?:D

Overdrive is just extreme clipping distortion.
You can let the opamp clip its output when its input level is too high.
You can add back-to-back diodes in the negative feedback of the opamp.
You can have the opamp drive two back-to-back diodes that are connected to ground.

The circuitry that Audioguru describes is the most basic type of overdrive type distortion and could be described as fuzz.
A lot will depend on the exact type of overdrive that you want . If it is the type of overdrive that you get with a amp bring driven to its maximum and then distorting well this can be quite dificult.
It can only be done by actually using a amp and speakers being overdriven and ecoustically ballanced and then re miced up.
All sorts of things come into play, phase shift, attenuation, speaker distortion sustain, etc.

Thanks a lot for the idea that both of you had shared to me. Do you have any circuit that can i copy?

Look at Guitar Overdrive Circuit in Google. There are 81,000 articles. Most circuits are the same.
