Hello everyone ,I am making a power meter based on ADE7753 IC .

I started off 1 month ago ,had many problems in between. One of the major problem was SPI communication .
I have used PIC16F72 as the master controller. Now am able to read all the registers and also able to calculate voltage and current.

I want to know whether ADE7753 is capable of measuring active power in presence of harmonics(up to 7th).I need to get the harmonic power as well as active fundamental power.Am using PIC with 20 Mhz crystal. Can any one tell me how to calibrate the IC with better accuracy.
I need to measure active ,reactive,apparent power,period ,Vrms,Irms.
Looking for a positive feed back.

:D
