Ring Connection

Hi

I want to design a "ring connection" between 10 users & a center. They far away from

each other up to 10km.

I have not any power supply near the users & shoud bring power by conection cables.

Their connection can be simplex.........

please give me an idea:cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:
