my master project

Dear all,
im thinking of building ADSL modem using Broadcom chipset as my master project. do you think that 9 months is enough to run such a project??or do u think its a group project? im welcoming any suggestion and advices.
ps i have good experiance in c++ and digital communication

ok u must consult the book of william stalling book fourth edition for that and listen u must put ur hundred percent effort to do that and 9 month is quite enough for such project dude

I need a help regarding my MS thesis. I have read few papers on Wimax Handover.And decided to work on wimax handover. But still i am not getting any idea on which specific topic i should work. Also i dont know how to use matlab. I have to learn it as well. Also want to know can we do wimax handover related work in Matlab? Please help me as i have short time. If you have any Handover code in Wimax? Thanks in advance.
