Please Help me

Hello Everyone

My name is Mahesh. I'm going to start studying MS in microelectronics from january in the us. My confusion lies in my area of specialisation.

1. Circuits and Systems ie VLSI
2. RF and Mcirowave Engineering
3. Solid-State Devices and Micro Systems Fabrication
4. Optical Devices, Materials and Systems

I'm equally interested in all four. I would like your advice on which one to pursue so that i have higher chances of getting a job when i graduate in a couple of years. Also the future prospects of the industry is important. i dont mind working for less salary for four or five years if it means that i will end up at a better place after 10 years or so.
Thank You

Please Help me

I think the first and the second are good at present.
