MAG (Mobile Associates Group) Consulting - A Canadian company providing Consulting services to mobile operators/vendors - is looking for communication engineers to work on an RF planning and optimization project in its branch in Egypt with the job description below.

General Job description:
1- Conduct measurements/drive tests for site integration, optimization, regular campaigns..etc.
2- Measurements analysis and solving field problems.
3- Reporting to a senior consultant on daily basis.
4- Interfacing directly with customer personnel.
5- Key performance indicators monitoring and proposing optimization solutions.
6- Optimization of network parameters for quality and capacity enhancement.
7- Conduct trials and implement new solutions using standard or non standard features.
Job Qualifications:
1- B.Sc. degree in Communications Engineering with a minimum grade "Good"
2- Engineer with strong theoretical mobile communications background
3- Self motivated and able to work within a team
4- Able and willing to learn
5- Excellent presentation and communications skills
6- Ability to work with minimal supervision
