I have a speech .wav file,and I want to apply morlet wavelet transform .and collect features of it.
I have a rough flow;
1)sample at 16k n 32 khz.
2)compute spectogram
Use 40 msec window at interval of 10 msec(i.e a overlap of 30 msec)
using both rectangular and raised cosine window
For spectogram apply morlet wavelet.
3)compare spectogram for both ?seek what is percentage variation of energy in spectral component
4)average energy in two adjacent spectral component in each .
this a flow that i know if somebody know a good flow for it
plz do suggest.
