It sounds from your post as if you have no experience with circuit simulation. A PIC processor is a digital device. In order to simulate the various behaviours of a PIC Processor, you would have to write an appropriate model in Digital SimCode. Simcode is an extension to Spice for event driven analysis.
The starting point for all simulation (analog, mixed, or digital) is the schematic. You would need a schematic loaded into Altium Designer with the appropriate models linked to the schematic components.
