video processing matlab

hi there
i m working on ral time image proc but now i try to process the video, i get the video from camera but dificult to take an image from video and differentiate the diffrent object in this image,and also handle the illumination problem
plz help me out

matlab video processing

use simulink , there is lot of tool from simulink libr. browse -> video image processing, -> sources, video from workspace
