I need some informations about Implementing a Lamp Dimmer with MCU .

The MCU also can receive the remote signals to regulate the power of the Lamp.

Look at NXP site for project they have an INFRARED remot dimmer with 8051 derivative

The project include source code and schematic and theory of operation
