how to calculate offset voltage and noise of bandgap reference?can the offset and noise be seen visually?How?

Calculate or simulate?

Simulate by doing a MonteCarlo analysis

Calculate by putting an equivalent offset source on every device. Its value is given by the factory mismatch documentation. Then transfer those sources through your system to the input, add them all and get the 3 sigma value
