Hi guys,

I wana to design broadband unequal wilkinson power divider with two section quarter wave transformers and I need some informations or references about this kind of power divider. I didn't find any paper about this topic untill now.... please help

Thanks in advance

What about figure 10?

fig. 10 for wilkinson Power divider for norrowband and I mean two sections with two isolation resistors like in the attached paper and this paper for equal power divider

**broken link removed**

this site will give you the design for an unequal power divider.

Hope this helps

thanxxx for your help but also this is only with one isolation resistor i.e. it is norrow band for S23
and I need to know the design of unequal wilkinson power divider with two isoltion resistors

I think its time you take the path of Wilkinson and Lange and be the first to describe the design of the braodband unequal power divider .

I propose we it "The Pud Power Splitter"

thanxx for your help but give me please any informations or paper about this type of power divider, I have searched in Google but I did'nt find anything.

I don't think an unequal power splitter design is possible using the Wilkinson topology.

A typical Wilkinson splits the power evenly, so the same V potentential appear at each end of the resistor. So the 3dB loss is only due to the split.

In an unequal split case, the power will be disipated by the resistor. The more unequal the split, the more power is lost in the resistor.

hi all,

I am supposed to desing 2-section unequal wilkinson power divider (3:1) in HFSS. Currently im facing with the problem of determining the impedance values of each section. I found one table but it shows only values for one section. If anyone has some kind of a solution, or to guide me with some useful reference which shows impedance for 2 sections I would be grateful.
