You need to give more info regarding the size of the SRAM's. You also need to state what programming language you are using. The standard 8051 only allows external ram to be <=64k. This limit can be bypassed by using bank switching. Some compilers such as Keil 'C' can do this for you if hardware is connected according to their spec
