How to interface 64 LEDs to a single microcontroller 89c51?

how can i interface 64 leds to single microcontroller 89c51

Actually, I Want to read the text file contained in a Pendrive & store that data in a microcontroller IC. The problem is, how do i interface :cry:the pendrive?

i can use pic well ,its not the problem,but my further circuit is microcontroller based so ifpic only the solution plz give required information

That's alot different than connecting 64 LEDs.

Anyway the PIC is not a USB host so therefore cannot normally be connected to a USB slave such as a pendrive.

You can buy a USB host IC such as this one
