I need to obtain the Vout from Vin , what type of transistor do I need?

**broken link removed**

p.s. WAVES CAN BE INVERSE - one or both- it doesn't matter

frecuency : 2Khz (from 10Hz to 10Khz)

Would this be by any chance your school homework?
I would suggest trying different transistors in circuit and analyze it until you get desired result. I am sure you could solve it if you try.

Not at all!

I'm sure you are more experienced than I, that's why I did this question :)

If we assume that device driving input of circuit you ask about does not have open collector output, than you would require two transistors in discrete solution. There are two options, inverting and non-inverting. Probably simplest is to use inverter with NPN transistor and its collector would feed base of another NPN or PNP.
Here is schematic showing 4 options. There are a lot of other options too.

I expected a solution with only one transistor.

Thank you anyway :)

Why only one transistor?

Because I have already made a PCB which includes that circuit, and I do not want to modify it too much

Use one P-channel MOSFET, with Vth about 6-8 volts.
connect its source to 10V, its gate to Vi input and its drain to Vo.
