process of ultrasim

I have cadence tools here and use spectre models. I need to simulate a circuit designed on process 90nm from X foundry with another circuit in 0.35um from Y foundry. Is this possible using ultrasim or nanosim? Any notes on that?

Re: Simulating two circuits in ULTRAsim from different proce

I tried to simulate just a simple circuit of two inverters in cadence: one inverter from each process. My first issue was the scaling: one process scales units to um and the other doesn't so it is not able to recognize the device size as it is in the correct range for the model!! How do I deal with that?
