three phase inverters

I have some doubts for this project. As I know for three (half phase) inverter, we used 6 transistors and 6 diodes, also used 6 control signals.

Now, I have to design three phase inverter consist of 3 single full phase inverters. That mean I have to use 12 transistors and 12 diodes. But I want to know whether I have to use the same 6 control signals or 12?

Let say if 12 control signal used, how the waveform(PWM or SPWM) look like for 180 degree conduction?

Pls reply to my question.

Thank you.

best regards,
Shereen

3 phase+ic control

There are different control schemes possible. Bipolar drive is straightforward and simply uses inverted signals for each opposite half bridge. If you have no special requirements or know a contradictionary reason , you should use this scheme.
