How create pins in layout?

Hi,
I'm do inverter in ASIC and have problems, can't create pins in layout.
When I imports pin from schematic to layout, DRC and LVS don't see this pins.
Are two warning
1. Floatinf Poly1
2. Floating gate not connect to s/d, pad or resistor.

J'm use Assura for DRC and LVS, and Hit Kit AMS 0.35.
What I do wrong?

Just place a pin (using the correct layer for the pin) in the layout and it should be fine.
Sometimes LVS errors aren't as straight forward as the error appears. A floating metal layer may be a wrong pin layer, or it may be a missing via elsewhere etc. It's a bit of a black art sometimes.
