lna nf 1db

Any technology, SiGe, CMOS, pHEMT ...
Frequency > 500MHz, any frequency range
Vdd <= 5V
Idd <= 10mA
Gain >= 15dB
Stable
NF <= 1dB
Input IP3 > 10dBm <-- must have
Return loss (in, out) < -10dB

Data sheet, application note, paper ... are welcome

basically I am looking for a low power high linearity LNA. I am wondering if there is such thing off the shelf, or close to this spec.

Thanks,
cmosbjt

4 = l. n. a.

Using the BFP620 might do it... I found this application

Look at page 70(72 in reader), for description and simulation. Not sure the NF will meet your request but all other seems a perfect match :)

Thanks, but simulation result is not good enough.
