when draw the dc/dc layout, which part is critical?

hi,all
just as the topic, i want to know which part is critical when draw a dc/dc coverter's
layout? does voltage mode control and current mode control same..?
give out your experience..

voltagemode and current mode control is diffarent...

when u go layout take care of high frequency components....and all magentic components....if not placed properly u ll get noice...

Take care while placing magnetics and feedback circuit.
Keep Feedback circuit away from magnetics.
Route thick traces for magnectics (depends on your regulator current).
Make sure that feedback voltage is tapped from POL but not from magnetics.

since DC-DC need to drive big current, you should take care of the large current path seriously, guard ring and more devices interval are necessary

i say layout is technology layout,not pcb layout.
what about technology layout? which part is important?
