circuit knowledge

i recently began working on some things. never went to school for electronics, but self learn on web. i printed out a schematic for a power supply, and for the first time, constructed a functional replica on breadboard. this was a first, and quite the accomplishment for my utter lack of fundamental skills.

anyways, i wanted to move onward by just replicating another circuit. a small fm transmitter. but i can't seem to get a functional result. i don't even know how to determine the value of my Misc. Capacitor GrabBag pruchase.

what bothers me most is the whole concept of an electrical circuit. ya series, ya parallel. ya series-parallel. but how can you conceive a circuit from an idea? how can you calculate corresponding components' effects to produce an certain result? i'm stuck.

i'll see capacitors and resistors in a circuit that connect to the same ground as many others on the same path. how do each of these contribute to the output when they are like limbs on a tree, not tied back in.
oh i'm so confused, lol
can anybody help me out here?

cuircuits knoledge

as u have said that u are self stydied , u have to study more and more
which includes
1. MATERIALS AND COMPONENTS
2. BASIC ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
3. INTRODUCTORY CIRCUIT ANALYSIS
4. ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND CIRCUITS
at the elementary level

after that u will have to SELF PRACTICALS with respect to these subjects
then u will be able to do what u want.......

I think what you need is some fundamental background. It's nice you had the courage to start on electronics with no basic knowledge, but I think it's a field where you need some background first.

Maybe looking at some program code you could learn programming (at least basic programming) but electronics world is a bit different, because you are tied to physics laws, which sometimes are not as easy to understand as other things.

You should learn basic Ohm's law, Kirchhoff's law of currents, and so many basic things to understand what happens inside the circuit.

I encourage you to search for basic electronics tutorials, or even buying a book. For starter I would recommend Malvino's "Electronic Principles" (https://www.amazon.com/Electronic-Principles-Albert-P-Malvino/dp/0028028333).

The most common way to conceive a circuit from an idea is to divide it into functional blocks. Or to go step by step, adding functionality. But as I said, first you should get some background.

I hope this helps a bit. Good luck with your learning :)
