Please tell me
1.how to select ucox for a mosfet?
Is it using tox?But is er and eo constant?wnt up and un constant?

2.is gm(transconductance )for a particular technology viz., 0.35um ,fixed for a mosfet?if so, how do u find the value?

3.how to find output parasitic capacitance values for a cmos circuit

design of comparator

1. Not sure what u mean by ucox, er and eo... For the mobility of electrons in the channel (un, up), it depends on temperature and doping level, but is almost always constant for normally used doping levels.

2. gm = sqrt(2*I*k'*W/L). As a designer, you can adjust gm with current and the transistor sizing.

3. It depends on what your circuit looks like.

design of comparator

i meant u* Cox;
Cox= Eox/tox
Eox=Er*Eo

design of comparator

un, up, Cox are all parameters that are dependent on the process. You dont get to select them unless you use a different process. The only control an Analog Circuit Designer has on the mosfet is the size and bias current (or voltage).
