for imperfect channel estimate

thanks alot

plz ant one help me

Re: pilot symbols

You can easily send a bit stream from the transmitter which is already known to the receiver. Than just estimate the channl by using any adaptive filter. Winear Filter, LMS Filter and RLS Filter can be used.

Make sure the bit stream of your pilot signal is already known to the reciever.

Good Luck

hi plz any one know how to use pilot symbols using matlab?????????????/

Just create a pn sequence using pnseq in matlab and add transimt it as first elements of your data from the transmitter. Then generate the same sequence at the receiver. Use adaptive equalizer like nlms and there to find the correct phase for your signal. This is the simplest possible usage.
