noise analysis of delta-sigma modulator

What kind of tools can simulate the noise of sigma-delta modulator?
 

quantization noise can get from FFT with trans sim, but you can't get others such as thermal noise , 1/f noise since the average to time is zero
 

yeah, I used matlab to analysis the transient results. but I really want to simulate the total noise including thermal and flicker noise. Is there any way?
