Is it possible to Transfer data fom on PC to another PC Via USB Cable?

You need a bridge device, e. g. Profilific PL-2301 or PL-2302. Ready-made bridge cables are available.

i think you can cut a USB cable cross it like the serial cross cable

No. This can work with an USB dual-role or OTG controller, never with a PC.

Impossible! USB is a differential line Bus, No TX RX involved like RS-232.

PC is A USB host, it can communicate to a USB slave(peripheral) only.
USB bus is a host slave arrangement.

As far as I know you may need a hardware or software arrangement to imitate a slave for both hosts so that the intermediate device or software module handles the transfer.

I am also interested in knowing more about the possible methods.
Thanks

Here is a article probably our needed solution.

you can coonect two PC with a cross USB cable, but pay attention to get its software with cable from seller. I had a cross cable but I found its software from internet after a long time search.

well u cannot use the usb to usb connectors i.e. A/A cables to transfer the data...
for that u need a bridged usb cable.
if attempted to use the A/A cable it can burn your usb or the power supplies....
DON NOT ATTEMT SUCH A THING..
