How to create techfile/mapfile and plot in Virtuoso?

I dont have techfile or map file so that I can print/plot my data using virtuoso. How to create techfile/mapfile in virtuoso? Do you have any reference or manual regarding this? Thank you in advance....

map files are useful when a want to change the behaviour of data you stream out, for example if you only want to stream out metals and via but its not required for plotting neither is a tech file, which you can create: ICFC>TOOLS>TECH. FILE MANA. and dump the file. To plot in a layout window Design>PLOT?SUBMIT fill out form and go!

where can I find ICFC?

sorry typo its your icfb, the cadence enviroment you use.

before you plot any circuit/page, make sure that you keep .cdsplot or .cdsinitplot ( not sure about file name).. Otherwise you won't get any print..
