trellis coded modulation generator sequences

trellis code modulation+matlab code

Hi, can anyone convert the following codes into a form accepted by poly2trellis function in matlab, they are all of code rates = 2/3

H0 = 11 H1= 02 H2 = 04 (v=3 "constraint length)
H0 = 23 H1= 04 H2 = 16 (v=4)
H0 = 45 H1= 16 H2 = 14 (v=5)
H0 = 105 H1= 036 H2 = 074 (v=6)
