Good tool, but after about three minutes and half it crashes!!

do 1 thing uninstall and reinstall it....................if there's a problem then download it again...............

Thanks but it crashes every 3 min.
I uninstalled and installed few times but the same. Followed the exact step as as says in the readMe test file. Can be able to fix?
