What are the system requirements to run HFSS v10 3D simulation software?

hi every one
i want to load hfss v 10 into my system.....
can any one tell me the requirements of the system to load the hfss v 10 3D simulation software like ...........
RAM
vedio card
memory
processor
and windows version

or any thin else specially to support this software

hi,

Minimum RAM required : 512MB (better to have 1GB or more to reduce the simulation time. simulation time depends on the size of the structure.
Memory min 400MB (software will not take much, but projects take)
Processor: Intel P3/P4, AMD Turion 64/ Athlon......
Operating systems: win98se/xp/2000

installing will not take much time......

hi,

minimun RAM size of 512MB is specified in the HFSS v10 software package.
even my system is having 512MB RAM,
one coupler with 15cm long 6cm wide structure, frequency range is 500MHz-6GHz, taking 15-20mins time. i dont think it is giving wrong results....

you can verify this with some known structures..... simulate microstrip or strip lines or waveguides or any other stucture that you are familiar with.......
