How to receive data serially for AT89C52

I want to receive data serially from PC serial port to AT89C52 at Baud Rate of 300. Please help me with C language code.

Dont think that you can do it at 300baud rate. can you get the value of tl0 and th0 t be loaded by calculating using baud rate formula.
