simulation of ozone generators

nw i want 2 do simulation of ozone generators,but nw i find in few only,but i cannot find the simulation sides,software,or anyting such can help me to complete my thesis....can u guys help me to find it ah?pls.....
just mail o send me the key point,sotfware,or how wanw do simulation?
 

ozone is made with electrical arcs. These are very nonlinear. You will probably have to use matlab or some similar program.
 

You didn't tell which aspect of ozone generators you want to simulate. Most of it (physics of gas discharge and chemistry of ozone formation) hasn't to do with electronics.
