ptm model

Hi,
I'm trying to use PTM models downloaded from **broken link removed** in spectre. However, I got syntax error while simulating. Does anybody can tell what kind of modification should be made to the model file.

Thank you a lot!

The error message is like:
" 90nm_bulk.pm" :40 syntax error in specification of 'tnom' "
The following is the begging of my model file:
* Beta Version released on 2/22/06

* PTM 90nm NMOS
simulator lang=spice insensitive=yes
