WHAT TYPE OF PIC I SHOULD USE??
AND HOW TO SIMULATE THE PIC PROGRAMING CODE??
AND HOW TO BURN THE PROGRAMING PIC??

That should be quite easy to do but not quite sure what you want to do

Create a 10 menu function or have 10 inputs ?

You would need to give more info like you need an LCD display 2X16 lines or a graphic LCD

Also What Language do you want to use for pic PICBASIC or HI-TEC C or ASM ?

like pcup says you need to think a little more and learn

HAs for your best replies I think these are the best you will get, Members here can help you and give advice but i get the imperrsion you want us to write the code for you :D

Oh by the way I would lose the CAPS LOCK :D
