Hi All,

I have some space on the chip layout, so I want to write something on the layout, which is visible under the microscope, to indicate different layouts. How can I do this? Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Cadence-how can I write some letters on the layout?

You can draw some letters with Metals. It must be drawing and not letters because the Fab cannot fabricate letter.

You can design your logo in a black and white picture file. Then you can import this picture to your layout and set it on the top metal layer.
Ledit can help you do this task.

Draw each character with polygons.
