Hi

Anyone has any guide for High Current (300 A ) power design layout tehniques
28 to 300V

Are you designing a welding machine? What sort of parameters are you wanting? Load regulation, ripple?
 

Appropriate techniques are massive copper bus bars, cables with sufficient cross-section and cable lugs, generally. If higher frequencies are involved (you didn't tell at all) special low inductance techniques have to be added. You should ask somewhat more specific to get detailed help.
