can i transmit real time video using simple RF transceiver like RF12B ?
which camera can i use for taking videos?

N, you can't because of the insufficient bandwith. Available simple wireless AV transceivers - if meeting RF regulations - are using 2.4 GHz band. Economic bandwith utilization and safe transmission is usually done as digital video through WLAN standards.

Try this link, it may give some clues.
