BSim3v3.1 model file converting to Level 2 used in TSpice

Hi

1. I have BSim3v3.1 model file ( for MOSFET) to be used in Spectre . I need to convert this to Level 2 model to be used while simulating using Tspice( Tanner tools). How do I do this ?.

2. Or where can I find 0.35 micron Level 2 model file which can be used while simulating using T spice( Tanner Tools).?

the file u provide is level49, is hard to compare to hand calculation for acedemic purpose.
not sure who else got level 2 process file.
i just need few parameter to be in for my simulation.
Gamma and Phi to count in body effect?
please help and it is urgent.

or who know when PHI in SPICE format how to convert to Tanner format...
i really got no idea....
any step how to convert pspice model file to tanner model file format....
please please....
