Dear all,

Kindly refert me to papers/materials/tutorial for current sources design.
I need to design a CMOS 5µA current source at transistor level.
I'll give 20 point for real help.

Thanks in advance

Cheers,
Advares.

Look up current mirror chapter in designinganalogchips.pdf, this can be legally downloaded for free from:

www.designinganalogchips.com

The author designed the 555 chip so you can more or less trust what he says, especially the bipolar stuff.

hi
may be this slide will help you.

regards.

a) PTAT, NTAT, CTAT?
b) only CMOS or bipolars allowed
if bips are ok - just tak a simple bangap reference and take current out of it. 5uA would be ok.
