Assura RC extraction error!!

Dear all,

I have drawn two circuits in the following library structure

1) Circuit-1
-- Layout-1 (with pin name) + Symbol-1 + Sch-1

2) Circuit-2
-- Layout-2 (with pin name) + Symbol-2 + Sch-2

I create another cell in the icfb library. In the cell, there are one layout sheet. I import the Layout-1 and Layout-2 in this layout sheet and connect the wire connection. At the same time, I create a schematic sheet in this cell and import these two symbol (Symbol-1, Symbol-2). Also, I connected the corresponding wire line. Afterwards, I do the DRC and LVS. It is totally pass. As I do the RC extraction and use one pin as a decoupling capacitor extraction reference, it gives me a error and said that it could not find out that pin. Do you know how could I fix this problem? I am using tsmc cmos 0.18um pdk now.

As far as I know you need to update your CDF file in order to do extraction correctly.

How could I do the CDF file update? I have done the DRC and LVS before the extration.
