gsm+blutooth antennas

Dear all,
Many GSM phone embeded bluetooth function. How bluetooth share
antenna with GSM module? You know GSM work in different band from bluetooth's.

Best wishes

You can design a antenna operating with multiple frequency bands(GSM, bluetooth)

As far as I know, current handsets use different antanna for bluetooth and GSM. However, as "supersage" told, you can design a single antenna to work in both frequency.

current handsets do indeed use seperate antennas.

why? well if you had a single antenna with a single feed you would have to diplex those gsm signals and bt signals.

using seperate antennas removes all that and essentially the price of the antenna is comparable to any diplexer.
