Ts there a possibility to change the WinCE rom to palm os?

Palm and WinCE - Fusion

hi, i had come across this idea when i notice most of the pda, palm-os or wince are risc and some of them are using same processor.

previously palm os using dragonball which from motorola family but lately the had been power by arm device such as omap (palm) and xscale (sony). but xscale processor had been used on pocket pc device.

is the any prossibility to change the wince rom to palm os? or via versa.

kindly correct my point if i'm wrong cause i'm not familiar with pocket pc or wince device.

i am currently working on WINCE5.0.i have planned to do some projects on WINCE.i am more of interested in applications based project,need to create some application project for platform builder.Can you usggest me some ideas?if you know some links,do share with me.
