Cadence error: [1] + Segmentation fault icfb

Hello!
When using Cadence layout, I choosed to input the NMOS in the PDK, Cadence closed suddenly. I did not know why.
I repeated it, the same thing happened.

Added after 2 hours 26 minutes:

It says "[1] + Segmentation fault icfb".
 

Cadence problem!

Perhaps, you could change some colors.
