I'm having a bit of trouble with an updated version AD6.

After I re-annotate with the PCB editor, and update the schematics, I notice the designators haven't changed. However, the new designators have appeared in greyed out brackets beside each of the components.

How do I apply/accept the designator re-annotation?

I think it just tells you that it was R17 but now it's R2, It's noting to worry about, it just helps you keep track of your design incase you need to back track
